EMOD電機簡介
Emod推出了高壓條件下工作的水冷三相異步電動機。該電動機用于工業(yè)電爐的循環(huán)風機設備的驅動，共同特點和數(shù)據(jù)是：凸緣結構；電動機承受工作壓強為11×106帕，電機外殼是雙層的，中間通水以冷卻電機；功率為4kW，變頻供電轉速可在300～4500r/min之間調(diào)節(jié)。另外，該公司還推出了1．1～260kW的各種結構和典型尺寸的特殊三相異步電動機的樣機。
冷卻和通風
電機一體式風扇獨立于旋轉方向冷卻電機（根據(jù)DIN EN 60 034-6標準，冷卻IC 411的類型）。
為了安裝電機，風扇罩和墻壁之間的距離必須足夠大，以保證空氣流量。
防冷凝加熱器
經(jīng)受極端溫度波動或嚴重氣候條件的電動機繞組受到冷凝或濕氣形成的危害。可選的是，可以在電機內(nèi)部使用防冷凝加熱器，以在關閉后加熱繞組，并防止電機內(nèi)部形成水分。
電動機運行時，不得打開防冷凝加熱器。
軸承
電機機架規(guī)格56-200具有永久潤滑脂潤滑的抗摩擦軸承。
從框架尺寸225開始，電機具有潤滑脂量控制的再潤滑裝置。
在電機的輔助板上標記重新潤滑間隔，潤滑脂量和潤滑脂等級。
驅動端的重載軸承配置可增加框架尺寸56的徑向載荷，并可從額外的價格獲得90型框架的重新潤滑裝置。
電機框架尺寸56-450在非驅動端具有定位軸承。
軸承預裝有軸向彈簧。
Emod has introduced a water cooled three phase induction motor operating under high pressure. The motor is used to drive the circulating fan equipment of industrial electric furnace. The common characteristics and data are as follows: flange structure; the motor bears working pressure of 11 106 Pa; the motor shell is double-decked and water is passed through the middle to cool the motor; the power is 4 kW, and the speed of frequency conversion power supply can be adjusted between 300 and 4500 r/min. In addition, the company also introduced 1.1 to 260 kW of various structures and typical sizes of the special three-phase asynchronous motor prototype.
Cooling and ventilation
The motor-integral fans are cooling the motor independent of the direction of rotation (type of cooling IC 411 according to DIN EN 60 034-6).
For installation of the motors the distance between the fan cover and the wall must be large enough to guarantee the air flow rate (see page 9 dimension l from fan cover to the canopy).
Anti-condensation heaters
The windings of motors subjected to extreme temperature fluctuations or severe climatic conditions are endangered by the formation of condensation or moisture. Optional it is possible to use anti-condensation heaters inside the motor to heat up the winding after shutdown and prevent the formation of moisture inside the motor.
The anti-condensation heaters must not be switched on while the motor is running.
Bearings
The motor frame sizes 56–200 have permanent greaselubricated anti-friction bearings.
From frame size 225 the motors have regreasing devices with grease quantity control.
Regreasing intervals, quantity of grease and grade of grease are marked on an auxiliary plate on the motor.
Heavy-duty bearing arrangements at drive end for increased radial load from frame size 56 and regreasing devices from frame size 90 are available at extra price.
The motor frame sizes 56–450 have the locating bearing at non-drive end.
The bearings are pre-loaded with axial springs
