J+J執(zhí)行器J4C系列介紹
J4C 執(zhí)行器主要用于自動化 1/4 轉(zhuǎn) (90°) 閥門。
多電壓
該系統(tǒng)可控制輸入電流，并在必要時將其轉(zhuǎn)換為 24 VDC，這是所有 J4C 系列執(zhí)行器電機的供電電壓。
分體式 PCB
輕松更換 PCB。所有型號通用。
無刷發(fā)動機
用戶可以享受減少維護、提高效率、降低發(fā)熱和噪音的優(yōu)勢。
可視化操作控制
常亮的外部 LED 指示燈指示執(zhí)行器正常運行。不同的 LED 指示燈閃爍顏色頻率指示執(zhí)行器的狀態(tài)。
電子扭矩限制器
為防止損壞設(shè)備或閥門，執(zhí)行器配備電子扭矩控制系統(tǒng)，當檢測到電機功耗超過允許值時，該系統(tǒng)會停止執(zhí)行器的運行。

The J4C actuator is designed to automate mainly 1/4 turn (90o) valves
MULTI-VOLTAGE
This system controls and transforms the input current, if necessary, to 24 VDC, which is the voltage at which all J4C series actuator motors are powered.

Easy PCB replacement. Common in all models.

Users can take advantage of reduced maintenance, improved efficiency, and reduced heat and noise.
VISUAL OPERATION CONTROL
Constantly illuminated external LED indicates normal operation of the actuator. There are different LED flash color frequencies that indicate the status of the actuator.
ELECTRONIC TORQUE LIMITER
To prevent damage to the unit or valve, the actuators have an electronic torque control system that stops the operation of the actuator when it detects a motor power consumption greater than permitted.
The system stops the actuator and releases pressure on the gears to facilitate activation of the emergency manual control (MO) and, at the same time, the external LED emits a frequency of colored flashes, indicating that the actuator has stopped due to excessive of torque.
DECLUTCHABLE MANUAL EMERGENCY CONTROL
Placing the lever in MANUAL automatically disconnects the electrical system from the gear train and the valve can be operated manually. If after doing this, the lever is not returned to the AUTO position and a maneuver signal is sent to open or close the valve, the actuator will not move and the LED will flash frequently indicating that the actuator is in manual position .
OR LOW TIME VOLTAGE
The DUTY is the total maneuver time before starting the new maneuver, that is, the time in motion plus the time the actuator must be stopped. It is generally measured in %. It is important to know the total time of the maneuver to calculate the valve opening and closing process. Examples: Duty 75%
AUXILIARY MICRO SWITCHES
The actuator is equipped with 4 microswitches: 2 for stopping the motor and 2 voltage-free auxiliary switches for transmitting the open or closed position signal (on-off).
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
A thermostatically controlled 3.5W heater automatically maintains the interior temperature above 68°F (20°C) to prevent damage from condensation. Never disconnect the power at the end of the maneuver as we will disconnect the ATC.

POSITION SYSTEM DIGITAL
The analog inputs are sent to the CPU where they are processed for continuous comparison with the position of the actuator, this allows obtaining a very high sensitivity along with a very high repeatability of the position (see characteristics). The DPS in communication with the actuator electronic system provides comprehensive management of the actuator movement.
