DEMAG齒輪限位開關DGS系列簡介
-可輕松安裝到起重機，滾輪門，升降平臺，軌道式旅行裝置，配送車架和伸縮機構，也適用于現有設備。
-齒輪限位開關不需要任何維護。使用螺絲刀對所有運動方向的各個切換點進行無限可變設置。
-一旦設定，切換點的最大偏差在開關的整個壽命期間在輸出軸上不超過±2°，即使使用整個調節(jié)范圍。
-計數機構作為標準配置，用于記錄運行時間和指定維護間隔
-提供安裝電子脈沖發(fā)生器以提供額外的監(jiān)測功能
-齒輪限位開關有兩種設計：閉合（DGS-G）或開放式設計（DGS）
-DGS具有防止錯誤階段的保護
DGS齒輪限位開關安裝在DH提升裝置的電氣設備外殼中。當達到頂部或底部掛鉤位置時，它會關閉提升電機。運動方向可以顛倒。在正常操作期間，不得啟動緊急限位開關。
-Easily fitted to hoists, roller doors, lifting platforms, rail-mounted travel units, distribution carriages and telescoping mechanisms - also to existing equipment
-Geared limit switches do not require any maintenance. Infinitely variable setting of the individual switching points for all directions of movement using a screwdriver
-The maximum deviation from the switching points, once set, is no more than ± 2° on the output shaft over the complete life of the switch, even when using the whole range of adjustment
-A counting mechanism is fitted as standard for recording the operating hours and specifying maintenance intervals
-Provision for the installation of an electronic pulse generator for additional monitoring functions
-Geared limit switches are available in two designs: either of closed (DGS-G) or of open design (DGS)
-DGS with protection against incorrect phases
The DGS geared limit switch is fitted in the electrical equipment enclosure of the DH hoist unit. It switches off the hoist motor when the top or bottom hook position is reached. The direction of movement can be reversed. The emergency limit switch must not be actuated during normal operation.
